We ask that if you must cancel your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Not on a first time basis but if this is a continued occurance, Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

We love your fur babies just like we love ours and want it to be stress free for them as well. So long as they are people friendly the are free to roam, however, if they stress easy or may react out of fear it is best that they are confined to a kennel or room that we will not need to service.

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
